Bikram Yoga is a fascinating practice, and this studio is the best I’ve been to. The instructors here are so knowledgeable. Better yet, they care deeply about each student. I highly recommend this studio to anyone trying Bikram Yoga for the first time, and to the experienced yogi as well.
Angela is a great studio runner and the instructors are friendly. One of them may even serenade you. Very laid back and relaxed and welcoming to new students.
Love this yoga! Love this studio! I am a personal trainer. Anyone and everyone can participate in and benefit from Bikram Yoga. The poses are designed so the most beginner level student as well as advanced yogis can participate and be challenged. The owner and her instructors are knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Studio is kept INCREDIBLY clean.
I've been to several bikram studios and this one is my favorite! Spacious, clean, nice locker rooms, friendly and supportive staff! Bikram yoga is the one exercise I've consistently stuck to for the past 5 years. Amazing for strength and flexibility!

It takes courage to find our way to the mat in the first place. There are many excuses not to practice yoga: too old, too fat, too busy, not flexible, no money, no time. The solution to these excuses is easy, cut through the noise, realize your power and drive towards your well being you deserve. We practice our courage by practicing what we preachy doing yoga. Showing up even when its hard.
Understand that you have to be patien and have compassion for yourself. Have an open mind each time you come to class. Be open to suggestions from you teachers. Just like life, there will be “good” days and “bad” days. The work you put on your mat the more your compassion will grow from inside out.
Healing & Growth
No one know your body like you do. Some postures may seem difficult. Believe in your ability. Know that you will eventually get to where you need to be. Work with you limitation you may be dealing with at the moment. Your practice will change as you move forward and grow and heal. In time you will be surprised at what have achieved. Be patient with your body and the process and know that our well-trained instructors are here to guide you and help you.
